Nice place to stay, very close to the old town. Separate bathroom without balcony or kitchen though is the only negative thing about the accommodation, but if you're staying for a short time or don't plan on making food at home than it's not that big of a deal. The host is also very kind and helpful.

The room was exactly as in the description, indeed, perhaps even better. Clean, with air conditioning and mini fridge. The host did not answer the phone but we found it on the spot, since to our surprise we discovered that he lives in one of the rooms of the apartment. In addition to this he told us that the bathroom would be shared with him. For the rest, everything is ok, if you want to stay in Spalato paying little and finding basic but comfortable accommodation, I recommend choosing this solution

The location is close to the station (but it was a little difficult for me to go up to the hostel from the station in summer. The taxi is not close. The bathroom is ok and the owner is friendly.
