Great communication, good services, would stay again!
The rooms did not match the description. We rented three rooms for the whole group. No Wi-fi in full. No hot water in two of the three sinks. Barely working air conditioning in one of the "apartments". Air-conditioning devices very dirty (we cleaned them ourselves) were turned off in our absence despite the fact that we paid an additional fee for them. To turn off the air conditioner, someone was walking around our rooms searching the cabinets behind the hidden remote control for the air conditioning. No television in one rooms. Rooms prepared for new guests only superficially, under the beds and in the cupboards crap. No response to our comments of the person managing the facility and not responding to emails sent to ADRIATOPTOURS.
Accommodation, even half as advertised, unkindness, malfunctioning appliances, hygiene conditions not to mention, if they offered me for free, I would no longer go there with my family. Otherwise, in 25 years of vacationing in various apartments and in several countries, this is the only one that is very different from the advertised one, unfortunately in a rather negative sense.
