Dined mid August 2020 Tried the five course tasting menu with wine pairing experience. Good solid dishes all round, nice location and beautiful vistas of the Hvar Town harbour for sunset and the evening, but we were there mainly for the food. A safe bet if you are looking for finer dining. Started with seabass ceviche with homemade cream and fresh olive oil, following that we had octopus two ways grilled and fritter. Both dishes accompanied by two very nice white wines. Following these a truffle pasta and after that a strip of beef with a jus and green bean puree. Truffle pasta was freshly made, quite thick texture and cooked al dente, a popular dish -was very good. Beef strip was excellent and had a wonderful sweet jus. I felt of all the dishes, the green bean puree was the only let down (it tasted of green bean definitely but that doesn't mean it worked well) and the dish portions were small.... even for a tasting menu. Dessert was delightful and again paired with a lovely white bubbly method traditional. Excellent food and service with very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Hvar and we’ve returned a few times over the last 10 years. The food is delicious, masterfully prepared and true to Croatian cuisine of the region. The restaurant is situated just above the Riva, offering spectacular views in a quiet, refined setting. The service is impeccable as well. Overall, a dining experience not to be missed

A taste of divinity at DiVino! The atmosphere alone would be enough, but the food is exceptional and the service good but not obtrusive. The tasting menu is worth the expense and the wine pairing is a nice touch that focuses on Croatian wines. Kudos on the lamb chops and octopus. The 6 man choir singing traditional Croat songs was a nice bonus.
