They serve excellent tapas, we had a starter platter and as a main course a fish and meat platter. The charming waiter composes the platters for you if you would like. If you are looking for high quality fish and meat, this is definitely the place for you!

Fantastic tapas, unique and wonderful food, fish, meat cheese. Very traditional. Great owner, offering to cater for diet requirements. Nice atmosphere. Recommended

We have been to Gurme twice (May 2019 and August 2020). We returned to Hvar, in part, just to enjoy the ambience, food, wine, and service at Gurme! The prsut is oustanding, as are all of the dishes we tried. The wines are brilliant! The service is wonderful. We would return to Hvar yet again to enjoy the full experience at Gurme.

Very nice Tapas Bar. The staff is extremely friendly and cares a lot about your well-being during your visit. The mixed plates are very good.
