The owner served us, he was super friendly. We had octopus salad and grilled octopus. Latter was his recommendation and it was amazing, very tasty. Homade carob and sage aperitif was amazing as well. Restaurant prices are lower than competitors'. Highly recommended

They will try to rope you in by telling you their prices are better than the other restaurants in Hvar, but this is simply a lie. Our group was the only one in the restaurant eating and I noticed all the staff were playing videos games downstairs (we were on the terrace above) and eating pizza from another restaurant..kinda odd and unprofessional.The food was bad and the waiter reeked of cigarettes. The view isn’t even good cause the restaurant over blocks it. Trust me, save your money and your stomach. Find another restaurant to eat at.

We went in there not only because they had offered us free welcome drinks and free dessert, but also because of the good reviews the place currently has. The welcome drink was a diluted shot and the waiter didn’t know exactly what it was, we didn’t care much as it was “free”. We then ordered pašticada, can’t even put into words how bad that plate was. The gnocchi was super dry, as if it was a few days old. The meat was not tender as it’s meant to be. Overall, it tasted really bad. We finally got the “free” dessert, that was actually a store bought pudding... The bill showed two cover charges, and the waiter’s excuse for this was the deal we got (Yes, the “free” deal) and his service. After paying he said tips were not included. COMPLETE RIP OFF.

Had the steak in green peppercorn, fried squid and mussels, all was cooked beautifully, steak med rare as I asked, the batter on the squid was crispy and jonnie our waiter was a great craic had a drink with us at the end of our meal. All in all a great meal
