Ilirio's Hvar Tours

This is an absolute must do if you are visiting Hvar or Split! With just 4 days in Hvar last month, we wanted to make the most of each day, and knew we wanted one of those days to be out on the ocean exploring. We did our research, and based on this great blog (linked below) decided on the Ilirios Three Cave Tour. The tour itself is amazing. Damir made sure to share his knowledge of the islands, their history and wildlife (without talking our ears off) making the time of the boat fun and interesting while en route to the next breathtaking spot. You stop at a gorgeous swimming spot first, clear waters and a pebble beach. There is a small bar on the beach if you’re needing refreshments too. Then on to the blue cave- there is a bit of a wait but it is nice! Then on to a sandy beach and incredible lunch spot where you will be well taken care of. There are a few extra stops which are all great! This was such a perfect day for us, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. You can’t book online- but don’t stress. Damir was in touch within hours of sending an enquiry on their website. They give so much info so there’s no confusion about where to go or how to meet- and it is very central in the harbour so convenient from anywhere in Hvar. Croatia is a beautiful country, and it is hard to take it all in if you are on a short trip- Ilirios Hvar Tours Three Cave Tour helps you to see some of the very best bits. Enjoy!

Without a doubt, the Three Caves tour from Hvar was one of our most memorable from our time in Croatia. It was an incredible day filled with stunning sights and gaining knowledge about the area from locals. Damir and his skipper were such a fun pair and really worked well together. They were clearly focused on our experience, and somehow managed to time everything so perfectly that it seemed we had every spot to ourselves. I would definitely recommend the tour and wouldn't hesitate to do it again next time we're in Hvar!

This is an awesome company with great staff that offers a fantastic tour! My wife and I took the cave tour in 2017 and it was spectacular; the staff were great and really went above and beyond to not only ensure we got to see everything, but that enough time was spent at each location to really enjoy it.
