A suitable place for the care of the elderly and infirm. I think the customer care service is very good.

According to the lady I visited the staff is very good. The food is so. I just don't know where they found that price for a 60 kuna haircut. I don't pay for that in Varaždin either. They cut the horror.

I can not understand where the 5 star ratings come from and what they were awarded for. Someone who has not been there yet and experiences all of this through relatives should not give stars. Only the picture of the house and the surroundings, which is very pretty in this case, does not justify 5 stars. It may be a nice home for older people who can still manage themselves. However, there is no way to recommend it to those in need of care or people with dementia. First of all: It is very difficult to give your family members home and it is even more difficult to find a suitable one. It should be an environment in which you can feel comfortable and arrive. Here is an insight into our experience: The initial interview and the reception were promising, but it soon turned negative. Apart from the fact that personal things like new pajamas, clothes, blankets etc. are lost and cannot be found again (I don't want to assume anything with them), "patients" remain unwrapped in their own excreta for a long time. Statement: You don't wrap a baby immediately if it has been made in the diaper. It is done during the "care period". Since you are then shit in bed for 3 hours Sorry for the printout. It is more like handling than care. Demente patients just get everything put down. It is not considered whether these residents drink enough. One or the other ends up dehydrated in the KH. In general, it appears that residents are being immobilized. Anyone who has ever dealt with dementia knows that, depending on the degree, these people need special care and therapy. There is no time and patience, attention and sensitivity for this. When you talk to the staff, the head nurse or the management, everything is drawn into the ridiculous. It is easier to say: if it does not suit you, then look for another home. As to take on the known problems and change something. Talking to other residents and their relatives also helps you to experience the suffering. Behavior towards and dealing with patients is sometimes below the belt. If a granny thinks better to be calm and not say anything before she feels it later, then something goes wrong. It's a pity. But maybe something will change soon. If not for us, then maybe for future residents of the home.
