I am both pleased and disappointed! The shoes look awesome and the 3 visits I had for fittings were all very professional BUT I have after 2 fittings of the final shoe ended up with something that looks awesome but are simply painful to wear! At 250 euro the handmade shoes are excellent value and the quality of leather etc looks great but they are SO uncomfortable. I even took an existing pair of handmade shoes with me for reference which they had for 3 weeks and still did not end up with the fit I expected or wanted!

Excellent hand made to order shoes. I bought my first shoes here more than 40 years ago and their wares have always been great looking, fitting, very durable and a great value for money. Yesterday I was in a hurry and they accidentally have had the perfectly fitting oxfords I was looking for. I came about 15 minutes before the closing time on Saturday and the salesman who doubles as the shoemaker was extremely kind and not only did he show me the shoes they had in my size, but took time to practically explain and show me how exactly to care for my new perfect pair of Strugar shoes that I know I will enjoy for a long time to come.

Very pleasant stuff, if you need hand made shoes, you can always get one here for reasonable price!

I paid for Strugar shoes in Zagreb five months ago, including shipping cost. I have not received the shoes after many emails and false promises. Do not buy shoes from Strugar!!!!!!
