For one simple piece of information over the phone you get 5 phone numbers which if you are lucky that someone calls you again gives you another 5 phone numbers to which of course no one answers to eventually call Zagreb and get the same information within 5 seconds.

How about finally someone coming to that phone? For 3 days I've called 2 different numbers and I sent 2 mails, but fast ... no one answers! If I can personally come, she would come ... in vain for you no contact when everyone is deaf!
