Great exercises for active athletes, but also for older people, my mother (50 years old) was most impressed by arm exercises, she has greater flexibility of arms and shoulders, which she has not been able to do so far, and stronger and more durable arms, and of course I like them the most. I like leg and gluteus exercises 😊 much firmer buttocks, we are just waiting for more exercises 😊

Very bad. It is sold as a medical massage, 30 minutes is 120 kn, which I would not recommend to anyone. The staff seems to be unprofessional!
