The best thing about Batak Grill is that they are consistently excellent across all of their locations. The only thing that varies is the style and decor of the location. The food is uniformly perfect! I have been to 4 of their restaurants to attest for this.

*I WILL AVOID THEM AT ANY COST* Ordered food using Wolt - great delivery time. Ćevapi that arrived were chewy and rubbery, potatoes raw (not undercooked, but raw). When I complained to Wolt they forwarded me the info that Batak will call and I waited for ~40 minutes, just not to receive a call. When I reported back to Wolt support staff that Batak didn't call, they said that Batak will call next day until 10 AM. Next day? I wanted my lunch there and then. Because there was no call, I decided to order from another restaurant which was great. As Batak is a chain, I ate in many of their retaurants and I know one can never make exactly the same and perfect dish, but they were upholding high standards they've set. Last 3 meals in Batak Kvatrić (2 eating in and 1 Wolt delivery) were nowhere near that standard in food quality. Last one (delivery) wasn't even edible and more than three quarters ended in the bin. Never again. Ever. I will even decline if someone invites me there with and explanation or suggest the change in venue.
