This should be a sample store for goods sold by Top Shop through online sales, so it is a little more expensive in the store. Customers look on the web and in the store they "fight" with saleswomen (mostly women), primarily about prices. Traders are, sometimes, maybe a little nervous and that's the hell. Watch, ask, don't comment, and the saleswomen need some time to "film" you, and everything will go well.

"Old lady", staff friendly, departments arranged poorly, should be much more decorative, more elegant out of respect for the beautiful architectural arrangement.
