Both doctors I saw were good. Many admin staff seem untrained to customer services.

I have never met staff (from the receptionist to the doctors) that was this rude and unfriendly to patients.

Nice and modern building and superb equipment. They seem a bit slower and less organized compared to previous years though. I had to wait 2 hours for my last examination!! On the bright side the bar on top of the building was a nice spot to spend time while waiting. All staff was exceptional, very kind and professional. The doctor spent a lot of time and effort to examine me, read and analyze results, to explain it to me and answer all of my questions in detail! This is 6th year that I am coming here and I can highly recommend this clinic!

Unknown waiting time in a private clinic is a bit of an unpleasant surprise. That's what I got when asked the receptionist for the expected waiting time after I have been sitting in the waiting room for more than an hour and thirty minutes. Someone has obviously completely missed the point of the concept when scheduling an appointment. I have been waiting for 1 check longer than one hour and 30 minutes. And I'm still sitting here...

Not what it used to be. I wont be using their services anymore (after 8 years)...
