I was helped by Christian and Antonio, both provided exceptional service. All fees were clearly explained and we did a check of car damages before leaving the location, this is important for everyone to do. Take care of the car and all will be fine, you can trust this team.

AVOID! Do not approach this place, this is for your own good, and your wallet! We had made a reservation through an agency. The first we thing we walked in, we were welcomed with saying why did we book a car through this company, that we should do it through them. I was told that the company that I booked the service is the worst In the market- scammers and so on. The guy Showed us very quickly something on the phone, it was yelp and someone’s bad reviews- apparently this was the Agency that I booked the car with! Later to my surprise, the agency weren’t on yelp at all! They told us if I cancel the booking with the agency and my private car insurance, they will get me better deal. Was telling us that he needs to take 1400 euros from us to secure the car! The guy was so pushy, tried to sell me their car insurance for 30 euros a day- I paid an insurance 40 euros for a week! We left so upset and fuming in anger! We went to another company called Uni Rental and we got not only amazing service, but deal too! Highly recommend.

Despite all the negatif reviews we see here and there , everything went perfect for us. the stuff were very friendly , we paid exactly the same amout shown during the booking. no bad surprise of any kind.

Crooks..Liars....charged me for a parking fee that was 5 times higher after it was already paid and after a debate with customer service. I dont recommend renting a car with SIXT. I will keep this review up until they refund me my $ or agree that it was not my fault.
