Worst banking experience in my whole life. Unprofessional, uninformed and unfriendly. Stay away.

Regular bank office with nice ambient. The staff is polite.

The slowest service ever. Everybody just walk around and chat, no work. Skip if it is possible.

IT department is awful.

No answering the phone by default. Abolish customer service because it makes sense with this approach. Johann Strauss and the waltz of the blue Danube I established well in vain trying to get anyone and anytime in PBZ
