The waiting time is shamefully long. 25 mins of waiting time and another 20 to exchange money.

I got here at 12:01 and they wouldn't let me in. What a shame. Also if you succeed in entering there is always a line so bring a good book. You have a solid hour before they call your number.

ATM - you can choose to withdraw kuna but have your account booked in kuna or euros, this works well and saved me conversion fees.

I got scammed by a company called MB Frontline 3PL who had me send a wire transfer to this bank to an account named Car Extercn J.D.O.O. and never received the vehicle I purchased. Money was in an escrow account to be held until I approved. They should do the right thing and close their account and return my funds.
