Dear All, today I received a “very important call” from the RBA. According to your employee, this is an illegal overdraft of HRK -80.00 and her question is whether I intend to settle the overdraft and when? My account currently costs -79.87 kn and 10.00 €, which means that I am in excess of the maximum -5.00 kn, and not -80 kn as your employee said. Furthermore, I find it very unprofessional and unfair for a reputable bank to treat loyal customers like me in this way. I have to say that I feel like the biggest criminal because of the debt of -5.00 kn. To make matters worse, after a telephone conversation with your employee, I also received an SMS message with a reminder of the promise that the payment will be made by March 30, 2019.
