Comfortable place with excellent service. Cashiers are at least bilinguals or trilinguals (croatian/english/german) and they dedicate enough time to solve and answer alll the questions and requests from clients. They give you the right answers all the time and the infrastructure of the building is very pleasant, even if you have to wait for some time for an account executive. Call center is also great and works at perfection. An excellent bank in Croatia.

2 years ago, I tried to do something, I couldn't because of the lady's rudeness, I went to N. Zagreb, yesterday I gave them a second chance (no public transport), even today I'm angry with myself for not going to N. Zagreb .... the same story miss ..... never again .....

Always friendly and accommodating staff, mostly not waiting long. They are available for all inquiries. Praise.

There are 10 people waiting for transactions per account, one employee doing the work herself. Waiting more than 45 minutes. The staff is otherwise friendly. If you are in a hurry, go to another office.

Business users are obliged to wait at least 40 minutes in line, as they are obviously too shy to hire another person or two
