Changed HRK to AUD into a foreign currency account at a '' fine '' exchange rate, arrived in Australia, card activated but came in unusable with error, paid something online to AUD, removed EUR (made a double conversion first from EUR to HRK and then to AUD at its fine rate). The AUD currency in the foreign currency remained in the account intact. By contacting the bank, the director on several occasions copies the rules and conditions under which they regularly steal their customers because it says that regardless of the currency of the account, they download EUR, or do a double conversion. Not to say that they wanted to mail a new card to someone in Croatia so someone would send me a card in Australia ?? !! or better yet call the card business and I wrote in an email from Australia ?! Service zero, fees high, legal theft at every turn.
