This is one poor company that doesn't care about its customers at all! I personally arranged for a refrigerator repair three days ago. They did not appear or apologize for their alleged emergency intervention somewhere. I call them. The female person on the contact phone promises to call me for further. An hour has passed, no call. Calling upset again, the female person insinuates "am I threatening?" and hangs up my phone !? The next day, I personally go to their headquarters (Hvarska 10), asking the owners for an explanation. Inside, a female person sits alone. Although I did not intend to tell her the case again. She claims that she did not talk to me but some other woman. I insist on talking to the owners. They cannot, they are not present, they are busy, they will not answer safely ... the male owner is not in charge of my case and when he is not in the field he does not report; the female owner has very serious private problems at the moment and will certainly not come forward ... but there is still no excuse and suggestion of a solution, but the "circumstances" ... Although already completely disappointed and in disbelief, I decide to give them another chance, please the owners call me later, the female person in the office writes down and says they will transfer ... And now, you guessed it, after three days there is no call ... so i called the company i trusted again! And that explains my first sentence ...
