Restaurant Nav

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to dine at Nav for a dinner seating. I chose the 10 course dining experience and was thoroughly impressed with the creativity, originality, and presentation of every course. Creative presentations with great flavor and texture combinations and with local, and sometimes rare, ingredients. The service was highly attentive and everyone took the time to explain each course in detail. The wine pairings were exceptional as well; also full details about each wine where provided. My only regret was I did not choose the 12 courses. I have dined at some of the best multiple Michelin star restaurants on different continents, and just spent 5 weeks in Paris dining at some of the best restaurants in Paris. Nav easily competes with my past 2 Michelin star dining experiences. Bravo and thank you for a memorable dining experience and evening.

High level cooking! Very tasty and unique in Zagreb

Probably the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. It's small and cozy and the chef personally explains you all the dishes and the thoughts behind it. He also helps in picking a wine you'd like. We ate all courses with enjoyment and in awe although we were not prepared for the fact that 12 courses makes you seriously full.

Fantastic atmosphere and outstanding food. Had 7-courses for lunch, and this was the best restaurant-experience for years - by far. Highly recommended!

I'm speachless. This was an art. Chef Tvrtko is such a great host, and true artist. He chooses groceries from small croatian breeders. And behind each is a story. This restaurant is a must!
