If my printer generally prints without problems, if my copies are black and white and in color, at least in most cases at a decent level, I'm happy. In addition, if repairers do indeed show up within the agreed timeframe, which is less than a week away - I'm satisfied. The fire changed my expectations for the first time! From management to service, everyone acts friendly and helpful, but not as employees. They literally care about the quality of service more than I thought possible. What I liked most was the care that they got into the initial interview. In addition, I learned about document management, which we will soon implement together, as well as the importance of security for copiers. Until then, I have to admit, it didn't occur to me. Fire is not a supplier, Fire is a partner!
