I didn't go into the cafe it's a picture of 101 BRIGADE Memorial Park from the middle skyscraper

Decaffeinated coffee was old. It tastes awful. It is possible that no one orders and they do not change their coffee anyway. The cafe is in a great place to modernize it a bit, it would take notice and not just people gathering, you know. If that were the case it would be 5⭐.

A pet friendly, homely atmosphere, located in a beautiful park. An ideal place to go for a drink with children and dogs
