Croatia Bus

Worse bus company ever! If you want to get money back for your trip, it is impossible. Number that you get to contact you cannot get, lady at the office will say that she doesn't have money... I didn't believe that such bad service could exist.

Great buses and experienced drivers ( mountain raods etc )

The worst coach journey I have ever taken in my life, if you have any other option to travel than with Croatia Bus Zagreb then I recommend you to run to that instead. I travelled from Dubrovnik to Split with this company. They need you to print the ticket off (is this 2020???) otherwise will not allow you on. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this and have travelled all around Europe and most of South East Asia. I am a tourist so did not have access to printing facilities and had to beg the driver to let me on. There is also a 10kn charge for luggage, and the bus itself was in dire condition and had not been cleaned despite being in the middle of a global pandemic Anyone who has traveled in Croatia knows how swervy and tight mountainous roads are, and the way the driver drove I genuinely thought he was going to kill me many times. This wasn’t the worst part of the journey. The whole bus sat on a >4 hour journey in 29 degree heat with NO WORKING AC. The driver didn’t allow people off to get water or some fresh air despite the fact that people were sweating and almost fainting over how hot it was. The only way I could describe the experience was like being tortured and painfully waiting for it to end I would’ve rather walked the entire journey with my own two legs than travel with Croatia Bus again. I hope they cease operation at some point to save people from ever having to experience this

We book the bus from Split to Dubrovnik. We reached to bus stop in scheduled time and we were surprised to know that Bus was cancelled. There were no communication sent to us via email/sms/call. If you have tight schedule This bus company is not recommended at all. Even though if you would try to confront them for all this mess, they will simply ignore or get arrogant. We have lost our precious day and significant amount of money because of their unprofessional behavior.

Bought a ticket from split-graz,scheduled departure was 01.20 , that never came.Nice scam Also sent them like 4 emails with proof and picture of ticket , detailed explanation , didn't got reply back
