The review is related to the service agreement and the service of the vehicle itself, which is under the manufacturer's warranty !!! When asked about the price of authorized service (which is a condition for a valid warranty on the vehicle), the answer was that the price of such service is 1000 kn, after the agreed service and arrival at the service the price changes at the beginning and is no longer 1000 but 1170 kn, subsequently increased after it has been established that the basic offer does not include two items that are mandatory for a vehicle that is under warranty, so from the initial 1000 kn for service it goes to a total of 1700 and a little kuna !!!

I came to them with a problem, some diagnostics said they needed a particular hose of 1000 kunas. I arrive after they have ordered a part, I am waiting for repair for 5 hours. After 5 hours, a servicer approaches and says that the car (the BMW 5 Series) still has the same problem, and that it is in some other malfunction. Repairing a new malfunction costs over 3000 kunas, with the fact that I have to pay those 1000 wrong diagnostics. He spent the entire day waiting to finally go home without a car (because he is not safe for driving) and without a 4,000 kuna.
