Autobusni Kolodvor

Terrible customer service received today. She would much rather be on her phone and slammed the window on us after being so rude and totally unhelpful. This lady needs to realise that we are here spending money in her town and keeping her in a job. Go work where you don't deal with people.

If you want to go outside of Dubrovnik you have to go to the other bus station. Even if on the Webseite gobybus they mention this one as the correct station.

I think it’s a system-wide issue that staff are more brash and unhelpful. It might be a language barrier thing but i think it’s universal that if u know someone needs help then maybe show a bit of concern i stead of completely ignoring people.

Apparently they have 2 websites. 1 tells you that there are busses leaving at 6:00, and an other that tells you there aren’t any buses leaving at that time. I got to the station at 5:30 and was told that the bus that was supposed to leave at 6:00 is no longer operating. I was 3 hours late to my destination, and the ride to there is about 45 minutes long.

Worst bus ever. NO AIR CONDITIONING for 7 hours (instead of 4hours) to do split - Dubrovnik. The bus made an horrible noise during all the journey... I think something was broken. When we wanted to seat at our places (seats are reserved on your ticket), people were at our place and didn’t want to move. The bus driver didn’t care at all and we had to stand in the hall. Don’t travel with this company !
