Villa Belleza

Upon arrival we picked up our car hire; Villa Bellezza was only a short drive from the airport, circa 5 minutes. If we weren't planning any day trips we could have got a taxi to the villa, it was so close. When we arrived at the villa, the owners were waiting to welcome us. They were extremely welcoming and showed us around the villa - they had even left us some biscuits, fruit and a couple of bottles of wine; a nice touch. The villa itself is immaculate, it has clearly been renovated recently but it was also extremely clean. The facilities in the villa were also excellent. As well as the usual stuff, there was a pool table, table football, darts board, BBQ (inc charcoal and firelighters) plenty of beach towels, wifi, cable tv, mountain bikes, to name a few. The villa has plenty of outside space, which we were able to use daily. The view from the rear of the property was stunning and we had amazing sunset views every night. The area around the villa is very quiet, given its proximity to the airport we didn't notice the planes landing or taking off. We walked to the sea from the villa on one of our afternoons there; it took us 40 minutes but we were wandering slowly, so could have done it quicker. It was worth the trip; the sea was crystal clear and calm. We were also able to get an Uber taxi to Dubrovnik one evening, circa £20 so we could have a few drinks with our meal and not worry about driving. All in all, we had a great stay at the villa and would highly recommend it.
