Villa Kipre

Excellent location within easy walking distance of Cavtat downtown center and close to the airport (just a few miles). Free parking on site. The rooms were super, super clean and the bed and linens quite comfy. The family that owns and runs the hotel are very nice and on-premise. There is a nice large shared patio overlooking the town center and the beautiful sea. My room had a fridge, small balcony, coffee pot, hair dryer and desk. I peeked at some of the other rooms and some had small kitchenettes with a sofa and table. All the rooms looked super clean and cared for. Based on the location, price/value, wonderful owners, and free parking I honestly don't know why this place isn't completely booked all the time.

I had a great stay here. I chose it because it was so close to the airport and I had an early flight out but wish I had found it sooner and stayed here instead of downtown dubrovnik. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and a few minutes walk to the small downtown area. It’s a short drive to dubrovnik or you can even catch a boat. My room was spotless and the bed was comfy. The owners were so nice and I felt they really appreciated my business, a refreshing change!

Extremely courteous hosts, clean and comfortable facilities. Very close to Cavtat centre and (rocky) beaches and boasting beautiful views. Would highly recommend!
