Villa Rozic

Rooms nice and clean, bedding and towels changed everyday kettle fridge tv available, bath and basic shower available a lot of steps to climb to get to villa,on first day we were dropped off round the back of the villa by a local man in what looked like a golf buggy which avoided the steps this way wasn't practical at night,unlit pathway, the view from the balcony in our room was absolutely breathtaking well worth the climb up the 129 steps we were fit as fleas with rock hard calves by the end of the week

great location and breathtaking view, very kind the lady who welcomed us and advised on where to park. the room is complete with all comforts, bed (of course), bedside tables, wardrobe, tv, wifi, air conditioning and bathroom with shower, the only downside is the 96 steps to get to the door of the structure (but it's worth it!)

An incredible view of the port of Cavtat. Han Ka is a lovely person. The place is spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. Only downside, the stairs to access there and the place is only coffee but not restaurant. Last detail, the bargain price
