The sea ferry is a great way to get up and down the coast. You can get to Dubrovnik and cavtat from Mlini (where we were staying) for very reasonable price. The sea in Croatia is so clear and clean at the dock you could see every pebble on the sea floor

We had a good day hoping around the local islands with the “Fish Picnic Elaphite Islands” trip. The staff was friendly. The grilled fish was nice and well seasoned. We had 2 stops of 45 minutes - which did not give much time to visit the island - and 1 stop of 2.5 hours. If going to the famous sandy beach (1/2 hour walk) is not a must, I would highly recommend visiting the monastery (there is an entrance fee of 100 Kn per adult and 50 Kn per child); that place was a quite a surprise (I will not say more not to spoil the surprise).

Like a taxi in the city! Really nice!

The person we bought tickets from lied about the boat we would take being direct to Dubrovnik. Also our boat driver kept throwing his used cigarettes into the sea.
