Had no troubles with this company- We were with Thomas Cook but everything went smoothly- 3 excursions and the transfer to the airport. Also big thanks to the incredibly nice Thomas Cook Rep who supported us and other folk despite all the doubt and uncertinty. She was first class!!!!

Careful when buying ticket for the shuttle to the airport from this company. The Seat is not guaranteed, and their is only one bus per hour. People fight to get into the bus. 10 people with no seat standing up for the Journey. It does not seem very secure.

Incredibly disorganised. Poorly managed. Unable to account for passenger demand and clogging up streets with disatisfied and concerned customers.

We had purchased a return ticket when we arrived in Dubrovnik. On the day of the return the slightly damaged ticket could not be scanned the counter clerk present was very offensive refusing us access to the bus he also threatened us and strongly insinuated that we were trying to fail ... likewise the driver was not at all kind bordering on contemptuous So be careful to keep your ticket safe
