Unprofessional drivers and customer support. We were in Dubrovnik in summer 2019, a driver told us that we can buy a ticket online to Airport and he will depart at 3pm. I enter their website and finalised the purchase for a few minutes before 3pm. He already closed the doors and ignored us. We eventually took a taxi to catch the flight. I emailed their customer service several times with ticket and email timing and their schedule, they never did refund

Fast and pleasant airport transfer. I would recommend Platanus shuttle services. English speaking staff at the airport was professional and helpful. Overall good service. I would use it again as good value for money too.

Great experience! Last night we bought open return tickets (valid for three months!!) and we had a drive with an extremely cordial driver no matter we arrived 4 hours later! (we landed at 00:40). Anyway we came to the town very fast in like 20-25 minutes and driver helped us with coordinations to our apartment. 80 kuna is not too expensive for service like this, I'm really satisfied with this drive, thank you!

Terrible airport transfer from Dubrovnik. No air conditioning on the bus and driver kept fans off. We complained twice during the journey and the driver put on the air conditioning 500m from the airport. Arrived soaked in sweat before another 5 hours travel. Complained at the ticket desk at the terminal and asked for a refund which was refused. Was given a number to call. Bus also arrived 15 minutes late. Avoid.

Dubrovnik airport shuttle. On time. Otherwise, wasn't allowed to take small luggage on my lap. And a guy who had just hopped off wasn't allowed back in to look for a forgotten bag. The driver was demanding a new ticket. I got the box and the driver was unpleasant to me for the rest of the trip.
