Mobile Homes Vestar

This site is in a great location, close to Rovinj. The mobile house was clean and tidy, it was perfect for a vacation with friends. The pools were great for children but the coast is also very good. The prices are a bit high (that's why not 5 stars)

Watch out for photos on Booking.com. They are not at all like reality. Mobile Home Vestar it is a crowded, very average quality campsite with a tiny beach. We booked a sea view mobile house (for which there was an extra charge) and it found out to be a house with a view of the wall of the mobile house that stood in front of ours. The reception blamed Booking that they wrote the description about the sea view. In addition, the receptionist tried ineptly to explain that sea view actually means that the house is located by the sea, which was completely absurd. Of course, Booking has no idea about it, I checked it. Absolutely hopeless value for money. We gave up on our stay, we had to look for a new place. They wasted our vacation day and some nerves. Fortunately, they agreed for full refund.

If you choose the right house at seafront it is Really good with an amazing view. The rest of the area not to attractive but if you have a car and go to Rovinj to eat during evenings it is a perfect place to spend 3-4 nights

Liked · The camping is perfect for families, as you find practically everything withing the territory of the campsite. The mobile houses are very compact, but has really everything you need for a good family vacation, provided that you only want to use the house for shower and sleeping. For other purposes, staying a lot of time inside, especially with kids, it is too small, but if the weather is good, you do not need much time inside anyway. It also has a large terrace with tables, chairs, and sunbeds under the shade. The houses are also climatized, which is crucial nowadays. And what was a pleasent surprise, even if the camp site is full of kids, during the night after 10pm the whole camping is silent. Location is really good, Rovinj is very close, with car it is only 10 minutes ride. The is a larger shiopping centre also in the neighbourhood. It has an own large beach, which is also really nice, and you can rent practically everything you want, from a paddle boat through sea kayak to jetski. Disliked · To be the honest it would be an advantage that you have everything within the camping, including the shop, restaurants, and a shop for beach accessories, toys, etc. However the quality of these was a downside. The quality of both the pool bar and the restaurant (only Ulika was opened, the pizzeria was closed) was very hectic, on one of the days we had quite a good meal in both, the other day the pizza was served with rancid chees and smelly ham, the burger's meat was raw and cold, and I could continue. A place like this cannot allow such a hectic service quality. For the same price we ate these meals at the pool bar, we could have an excellent lunch in a restaurant at the port of Rovinj. The other downside was the cleaning of the pools. After a couple of days I noticed that the pools are not cleaned every day, and the dirt was cumulating on the bottom of the pools. This, especially in the time of pandemic, is not acceptable.

Great camping! We stayed at the mobile home, family with 3 children. The mobile home was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and the sea golf was beautiful! You have all that you need in the camping. Restaurant for eating pizza Supermarket and bakery.
