Konoba Fakin

The worst place in Motovun. Service is rude and food is below average. Truffles are old and taste like potato. pasta is overcooked, mushy. They are extra charges for side dishes. Wines from winery that owns the place are 3 or 4 time more than in winery. Shame, unprofessional. Never coming back again.

For our last lunch in Motovun, we wanted to have a view, so we ended up here. I wasn’t too hungry, so I went for a truffle salad. Simple but tasty. Service was also very good.

I had the Truffle cream with truffle cheese it was so good and with lots of Truffle! And on top, a very nice view. I highly recommend. The only « bad » thing was that the bread in the basket was quite dry.

Amazing place to sit and watch the sunset.

Best view ever, fantastic food and great service. Would move to Motovun to come and eat here every Fakin day
