Nice location. Spacious rooms and lots of stuff to do. Fitness, pools, table tennis.

Really a pleasant place. Owner makes fantastic coffee. Building is new, all comfort...

House has been put down 10 years ago and nothing has been done about maintenance. Called a villa but is a dilapidated apartment, dirty, unsafe and description on internet is incorrect: 2 televisions, 2 fridges, air conditioning, sauna, sports facilities, washing machine, Wifi, dishwasher, 6 loungers, cd and table tennis. In reality, there is 1 small t.v. with only a few channels (rest is behind a dish system that does not work), 1 refrigerator stinks of urine and 1 does not close properly. Cools after forced closing to a maximum of 9.1 degrees! Air conditioning makes noise, broken down, was not made because there are 7 other air conditioners!?!?. There are also no curtains or shutters on the east side so without air conditioning it gets hot! Sauna can not be used because heating electricity wires are visible and there are several showers but not usable because there is no hose or showerhead present. Sports is a storage of broken items, tennis table is broken. Washing machine caused stains on clothing and is also not private, clothes from surrounding houses are also washed here. Wifi is only in one place in the house and is verry very slow 1 Mbps because all surrounding houses use 1 copper wire connection. Dishwasher runs on last legs, rubber comes loose each time. We had to go through the whole house first to find plates and mugs together and that was also very dirty (brown water). There was not even a kettle or corkscrew. 6 sun loungers are not there. There are 4 that are all broken. You can sit on 2 but it is of very cheap quality. Mold is everywhere. Doors can not be closed properly. Stones are loose everywhere, even on stairs, dangerous! Electricity is unsafe, electricity at the swimming pool is open. ELectric Outlets are broken. Lighting without lamps so you can with fingers in fitting. Roof is supported with iron support bar. Sofa beds are collected from markets? and full of (cigarette) holes. Bag with condoms in a drawer, dirty! Shower doors that are fastened with bolts and therefore release. Glass heavy shower doors that come loose, dangerous! And so on, and so on. Normally we have a mobile home but wanted something more luxurious and had saved extra for it. We quickly went to Slovenia and to a large organization.

Wonderful place and very hospitable and professional host!

The dirtiest house I've vere visited, completely unprepared for our arrival. Definitely dont recommend.
