Great workers, if you wanna buy house or flat in Gorski Kotar this should be your first choice for agents.
I can't recommend Pilard nekretnine high enough!
The service the team at Pilard nekretnine provided us was outstanding - we were first time buyers in Croatia and a little nervous about buying a property when we were unsure of all the procedures and possible language barriers, however we should not have worried.

I was really impressed with Mr. Christian and the way he presented me the real estate. He came to see me in the office with a list of properties that met my criteria and showed them everything in an extremely professional way. I did not buy it because I think I should invest more money in order to buy a good property. I still feel the need to write this review.
