Small but very nice; beautiful bathroom, however only soap, no shampoo/shower gel or toothpaste provided

Bedbugs in room 5, silverfish and ants in room 1. The owner did not really help us. We had to pay the full amount and just got an apologize. The "included parking" is a public city parking spot, where you need to get a fresh ticket for around 4 euros at 7 in the morning, daily. The owner is a nice women but I would never stay there again. When I asked what they do bcs of the bedbugs, she replied she will use some kind of spray. I am disappointed. Bed bugs in room 5, silverfish and ants in room 1. The owner did not help us when I got my message. Despite that, we had to pay the full price. The specified parking space is a public parking space in the side courtyard. For whom you have to pay a new day ticket (€ 4) every morning at 7am. The landlady is nice, but I would not stay there again. When I asked what was going on about the bugs, she said that she was only using a spray. An absolute disappointment.
