Appartmant is on top floor, third level, no lift, so if you have a lots of bags this might not be place for you. This appartmant is best suitable for family of four with two kids.

Great location. A stone's throw from the center. The studio is very nice, modern, equipped with every comfort. Negative aspect not beautiful, second floor without elevator and no parking, only for a fee behind the building or garage two streets away, more convenient and covered.
