First things first! This location is not a tourist restaurant. Its a typical local tavern. So the food is not what you would expect. We had the grill plate for 2 persons-- it's okay the pig steaks are chewy but not bad the sausage is okay the chicken is actually good and the baked potatoes are good aswell and the chevapcici is typical Croatian flavorwise so not for everybody. The food is good for a tavern but I would not recommend It for tourists that are looking for great vacation food. Beer is good!

It's a traditional konoba offering the traditional croatian food. The place is simple and casual. They mainly offer meat dishes, the lamb was a good choice, but not much fish plates (only calamari) The food was good but the prices were above average for the quality you get. Also they accept credit cards but they prefer cash, so it's a mixed feelings about the place.

Bačo is regular domestic restaurant, which is called in Quarnerro region "Oštarija". Domestic wine from tap, good quality and not high price, great beer from tap and domestic bottle beers and rakija, traditional recipe for small lunches called "Marenda" makes this place a heaven for people living in area but also for foreigners and travelers. Also the grill meat is absolutely fabulous as the staff who are filling the oštarija with this traditional atmosphere.
