Vila Sofia

The place is on the top of Novi Vinodolski and the view is just spectacular. It is still close to the beach! The building is fresh new 👌🏼And very cosy :) 100% cleanliness The owner was very friendly and helpful when we couldn’t find our way. Also, for dog lovers :) there is a lovely and friendly dog ;) You will definitely enjoy your stay :)

It would not be a good idea to clean up the environment before renting, not to have rods and dangerous objects on all sides. I don't know how an apartment like this can get a rental permit. Let's go in order: finish construction, then rent. This is how you will be amazed when tourists stop coming. Horror.
