I come to the branch and in the "lobby" on the left I hear a kind address from an official ... go upstairs and get the number. Without talking, I climb (I move with difficulty), I hear further ... I will call you. I think a joke or not. The lady kindly shouts my number and I go down to do what I came for. Believe me I thought and asked the hidden camera. I did it and the clerk was kind, but here it is - it didn't happen again.

No one answers the phone and it is impossible to contact them at all

The only counter in the center of Makarska to have the exchange at 1 kuna = 0.14, we have always picked up here.
