Flixbus Split

Don't use Flixbus in Split. We bought our tickets in advance and then received a message saying the bus had been delayed by two hours. Ten minutes before the bus was set to leave, we checked again and it said the bus was set to leave on time. We ran there, but missed the bus. When we went into the office, we explained to the woman working what had happened and she said - "oh, you got the email, didn't you?" and proceeded to tell us that it was an error in the system. It was clear they knew about the error and chose to do absolutely nothing about it. They got us tickets for the next bus, which left several hours later. On the bus itself, there is no bathroom, and the driving was very rough. We were yelled at by the bus driver, who did not speak any English, so we had no idea what he was saying.
