This our 7th year in a row coming to Hotel Bonaca, we love the location, the big terrace, the food and friendly staff. The price is great for the value of your stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with lots of space to let you enjoy your vacation. We had such a great stay and can’t wait to go back.

First of all, I must say that I have not stayed at this hotel but, I have made reservation couple months a go. In order to keep reservation I have paid deposit and I was also told if I give them decent period of time that I can cancel and get my money back. Due to personal problems I wasn't able to persuade with my trip and I canceled my reservation almost 1 month in advance. I have e mailed them couple times about my deposit and still didn't get my money back. I consider this highly unprofessional and unethical. They also have on their website that deposit is given back if canceled on time. I don't know if this review is going to be helpful but I wondering do you wanna deal with people who are liars?

I landed there through a horrible mistake. It's the worst hotel-if you can call it that I've ever experienced. So much noise over the whole night, for breakfast we had basically dry white bread and water and some strange liquid they called coffee. I assume it's way better food in prison than this... this whatever that was. I could continue to list it all but I just want to forget this nightmare as soon as possible. worst of the worst of the worst.
