Ordered a coffee and they don’t take cards. First they sent me in a wrong direction for an ATM. Finally found an ATM, got cash and walked back. Took about 10 minutes. Paid the waitress and she wanted to give me the coffee made 10 minutes ago. I asked for a new one, because I like my coffee warm, not cold and that I wasn’t aware they don’t take cards on a beach location. All other restaurants and bars do at Makarska beach. Her response: it’s not our problem, you could have asked if we take cards. It’s probably because I speak their language and really acted surprised on their low service level. The waitress I. All her goodness said to the bartender ‘to make a new coffee for the gentleman’ I got a new coffee. I’m definitely am not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to other tourists. There are plenty of other bars and restaurants where they: 1: take cards 2: have staff that make your stay a bit nicer instead of trying to piss you of. This all over a cup of coffee.
