I was greatly looking forward to the Split Live Museum having read the reviews, seen some pictures and been on their Facebook page. Unfortunately, upon finding the location by Split Old Town, the front gate was locked and there was nobody around. I check Google and apparently it's open, there's nothing I can see on Facebook or their own website which says they're closed, so I'm rather confused as to why they're shut and not operating in the middle of summer tourist season - such a shame.

Amazing place. People working here were very nice. I was allowed to wear replicas of roman, spartan and gladiator armor as well as many weapons.

Super fun!! We got to learn a little about the Roman times and got to try on armor and helmets. We also got to hold shields and swords. Afterwards we got to do some archery. This was super awesome!!!
