Lectures excellent, useful, for that part a clean five. The lower grade is for exercises for pregnant women with coach Kristina, believe me my whole group gave up very quickly or switched to other terms because the hardest part of these workouts is not dying of boredom. Literally every training is identical, the coach's innovation and enthusiasm are zero. In a conversation with friends who attended the same trainings until 5 years ago, I found out that the training has not changed since then! You can still make a little effort for 250 kn to make training more interesting, and more modern, because the time where pregnant women are only allowed to wave their hands left, right and clap is long gone.

Recommendation to all pregnant women and mothers to take the time to exercise during pregnancy, excellent preparation for childbirth through useful and interesting lectures, but also to practice with their babies at the pregnant women's club. I have experienced all of the above and each segment is designed, driven, professional and emotional that I went through all the stages lightly and successfully, in large part because of the confidence and expertise of the club's employees. All compliments to the girls on the heat and all the tips and I hope you just keep going in the same direction! I look forward to my second pregnancy and remarriage!
