Right at the centre of the Diocletian palace you will find this small but useful tourist information centre. The staff answered all my questions, I got every details of bus routes and directions to every place I was interested in. Special praise for the Travel Guide. You can get this small but rich in content guide free of charge, it's full of sightseeing details not only about split but the whole central Dalmatia. It's the best free tourist guide I've ever seen that the city board of tourism published.

A lot of free maps and leeflets. They also have schedules for ship transfers. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can get free split card if you show them confirmation of your reservation here in Split (min. 5 nights in summer time).
