The tool was ordered through the web shop. I waited for him for 7 days. After 7 days, they call me and apologize that there are no pliers that I ordered, but that they will arrive at my place in 2 days. Another 7 days pass and only then the ordered goods arrive. I inspect everything and see that the pliers are distorted. I am writing a complaint and an e-mail is coming that it will process the complaint as soon as possible. Here 10 days have passed no answers yet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to buy tools from them, but go to the store and buy, because the savings are minimal and it is not worth it for 5 kuna to suffer this unprofessionalism and this kind of behavior. I hope I helped, if anyone is interested I also have pictures of emails as proof that I am not inventing.

Terribly slow delivery, and I need the tool within 2 business days at the latest, this was not mentioned anywhere. Ordered and paid on Thursday, it didn't arrive until Tuesday ... So lest the man go crazy ... He says he needs 2-4 business days to send, here is the 4th passed, I have not yet received any email that the shipment has been sent. Unprofessionalism at its peak. I planned to leave over 10,000 kuna in them. I ask for a refund in the morning ...
