Dear Sirs, I would like to contact you about the problems with the Academy of Arts in Osijek for the second year in a row. The first step for possible enrollment is to score a candidate map, last year I carried a map which was rated with insufficient 47 points, the passage threshold was 50 points. This year I improved my map and added 20 new works, according to estimates by academic painters and professors at the art school the map was excellent. But this year I got 40 points, which means 7 points less than last year. It is a public secret that students pay for the alleged instruction and assistance with the creation of a map by professors from the academy, and these same professors or their colleagues evaluate the folders, which means that this is not an anonymous grade because the professors in question already know the papers and know who made them. They are paid to do the work and practically evaluate their own work, and in the later enrollment process they evaluate the work of verification, more specifically the work of their students from the alleged instructions.
