One of the most warming hosts i have ever come across. Goran and Kata are great. They will help you with all the info you need, be it tourist attractions, best beaches, or where to order a pizza. The apartments are nice, comfortable, clean, and have everything you need. even a small safe in the closet. you always have fresh towels and there is always water and juice in the fridge, and some coffee if you feel like it. i love it here, we returned for the third year this year. five stars!

The best apartment Host I’ve ever had and I travel a lot! Katica was such a lovely woman. When I arrived in the night she made me some food because there were no shops open, Katica helped direct me around Zadar dropping me into the old town on the first day and to the ferry port another, advising me of the best islands to visit for what I wanted to see! The apartment was nice and clean and the bed was so comfy!! On my last day as nobody else had booked the apartment for the day i was checking out, she allowed me to leave my stuff in the room and shower after the beach as it was another late night flight, she then dropped me at the airport saving me a lot on a taxi and didn’t ask for anything in return. If you are visiting Zadar you have to stay here for the advice on where to visit, the hospitality and kindness and a good nights sleep after a long day is just a bonus.

Beautiful welcome from the owner, with a taste of sheep's cheese, bread and "flavored" wine made by her. The lady was very friendly and nice, always kind and helpful. He immediately put us at ease despite the language problem. Translator helped. At the entrance to go to the apartments there was a refrigerator with water, vegetables, eggs, wine and liqueur (the latter two to be tasted only there), always of own production and available to guests. The two-room apartment was very clean and fragrant, with a large terrace and table. On departure he gave us a souvenir from Zadar (Zadar). Highly recommended if you have to go there. Go for it, we totally recommend. Halfway between the center and the airport, very well located. Very warm welcome from the owners (welcome tray with cheese, wine, etc.) as well as a lot of little touches throughout the stay. Despite the language barriers we managed to understand each other as best we could. Very clean and spacious studio. Fridge with some free items and washing machine available for free. Small gift when we left. Thank you for everything .
